Post Turkey Wrap
Recipe adapted by Marilyn Dougherty, RD/LD
St. Anthony North SCORE
4 tsp Dijon honey mustard, low fat
2 (8 inch) low fat whole wheat tortillas
2 slices Kraft fat free American Cheese, cut in halves
4 ounces fat free oven roasted turkey breast
1/2 cup shredded carrots or 1/2 cup of the red and green Christmas slaw
3 Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
Spread mustard over tortillas. Top evenly with cheese halves, turkey, shredded carrots or red and green Christmas slaw and lettuce. Roll up tortilla and cut in half.
